Use of Services

We offer a variety of services including:

  • PAN/GST registration, EPF/ESIC facilitation
  • Utility payment support
  • Freelancing, consultancy and business advisory
  • Web design, content writing, graphic design and related creative services

All services are subject to availability, legal compliance, and scope agreed upon with the client.

Eligibility

         You must be at least 18 years old (or legally able to enter into a contract in your country) to use our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified per service.
  • For project based services, a part payment or advance may be required before work begins.
  • Government related services may require upfront documentation and fees.
  • No service will be deemed complete without full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of submission (if processing hasn’t started).
  • Once work has begun (especially government or custom work), refunds may be partial or unavailable.
  • Digital/creative services are non-refundable once delivered or partially delivered.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and legal information.
  • Not misuse or misrepresent services for any illegal purposes.
  • Understand that certain government processes have their own timelines and conditions beyond our control.

All content, logos, designs  and materials on this website (except client-provided materials) are the property of  Samantroy Multi Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or modify them without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate, reliable services. But cannot guarantee outcomes, especially where government, third-party, or legal actions are involved. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by external agencies
  • Incorrect information provided by the client
  • Loss of data or business from service usage

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Jeypore court/city, Odisha.
