Refund & Cancellation Policy – Samantroy Multi Services

At Samantroy Multi Services, we strive to deliver high quality services tailored to your needs. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across our service categories.

  1. General Policy
  • By placing an order or requesting a service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refund eligibility and processing vary based on the type of service ordered and its current status.
  1. Government-Related Services

(PAN, GST, EPF, ESIC, utility services)

  • These are processed via third-party or official government portals.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and before submission to any portal.
  • No refunds will be provided once the application is submitted, as government processing is non-reversible.
  • We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
  1. Freelance, Creative & Digital Services

(Web design, content writing, graphic design, consultancy, etc.)

  • For project-based work, advance payments are required.
  • Cancellations requested before work begins are eligible for a full refund of advance payment.
  • If work has started, a partial refund may be given based on the stage of project completion.
  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery or if the project is 75% or more complete.
  1. Custom/On-Demand Work
  • Work that involves custom integrations, special consultations, or client-specific requests is non-refundable once initiated.
  • You may be charged for the time or resources already invested if cancelled mid-process.
  1. Global Clients
  • Refunds to international clients may be subject to currency conversion charges, gateway fees or processing delays.
  • Cancellations will still follow the same criteria as above.
